...when the postman rings
Yesterday I got a huge, but light package from Berlin (Modellbau-Wikinger):

Nice detailed parts, wooden deck + AA platforms and a lot of small parts in the hull.
And extra parts from Italeris S-100 (AA-weapŁns) were waiting since years!

Hi Michael. Just what does KFK stand for. I've taken a liking to 1/35th boats lately and this caught my attention. I like all the wood work.

Some progress with the "little" war cutter.
I found a pic showing a lower board underneath the front windows. So the part has to be cut:

And the result:

And the parts of the big box (clerestory for the engine room)

Front of the wheel house with Broncos dinghy:

Today the big ammo-box and 2 "light boxes" for the engine room.

The result with an ugly slot, that has to be closed

Here the parts for the "light boxes" and bent wire as safety bows

All parts in place:

Maybe, not all parts are visible when the Kriegsfischkutter (KFK) is finished. But I know, they are inside...

There is a nice wooden deck in the kit, but the trenches....

So I've drawn new and corrected caulking lines on the backside

A grey wood stain was used to make a used look

I hope you like it

Michael
