The latest from Niko is another waterline kit of a civilian vessel class drafted into military service for World War II by Japan. The kit is labled after the lead ship in a class of 13 ships.
Ship information from combinedfleet.com:
All vessels in the class were completed between 1933 and 1939 and were used by various Japanese shipping companies. Most were requisitioned by the Imperial Navy and the rest by the Army while being used in roles as cable layers, gunboats and transports. They were single screw ships over 297 feet in length and weighed between 2,500-2,900 tons.

Niko's kit is comprised of resin and photoetch parts and includes instructions. Jadar Hobby lists the kit (No 7096) for 133,00 PLN ($33.80 USD) plus shipping.
